Your tasks

• Support of the field sales and collaboration with internal departments
• Creation and active follow-up of quotations
• Coordination and timely processing of customer orders
• Telephone and written support of our customers throughout Switzerland
• Maintenance of customer, article and master data
• Handling of complaints, returns and customer enquiries
• Support in sales and marketing activities
• Participation in the optimisation of internal processes

Your profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in internal sales or order processing is an advantage
• Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP and CRM systems
• Structured, reliable and customer-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork, responsibility and new tasks
