Management Controller at 80%
- SASO63
- The ODAS, attached to SASO, is the authority overseeing regional social services (SSR). It advises professionals in SSR and monitors the proper application of social assistance. It ensures the adequacy and efficiency of the processes implemented in SSR. Additionally, it is responsible for the implementation, management, and evolution of the application supports specific to social assistance in the canton of Neuchâtel. Finally, it provides necessary training for professionals and manages the cantonal socio-professional integration system.
- As part of your role, you are responsible for verifying the control system established in the regional social services (SSR) as well as the proper application of the current regulations. You analyze, through sampling, remotely or during on-site audits, the accounts and management of files. You inform and advise SSR staff on specific questions related to the application of social assistance standards and contribute to the resolution of practical cases. You support the office management in various studies related to monitoring tasks and/or in the analysis of processes. Finally, you actively participate in the evolution of the control concept and collaborate transversally with other sectors of the Office to adapt the directives issued by ODAS.
- Holder of a higher education degree, preferably in finance, economics, or law, your specialization in internal control or financial auditing is a real plus. You have at least 2 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or a similar field. Process-oriented, you show a marked interest in numbers and demonstrate a strong command of common IT tools. Equipped with excellent analytical skills, you possess a keen sense of priorities and organization. Able to work autonomously and in a team, your interpersonal skills and good stress resistance allow you to handle complex situations with rigor, and your writing skills are well established. You show a marked interest in public service and the social field. Knowledge of the Neuchâtel social fabric is an asset.
