Incoming Goods Quality Inspector (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Conducting incoming goods inspections on materials, components, and assemblies
- Checking parts based on technical drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements
- Applying various measurement and testing methods, including modern metrology
- Operating and properly using measuring and testing equipment
- Reviewing supplier documentation, certificates, and quality proofs
- Identifying, assessing, and documenting quality deviations
- Creating inspection reports and handling complaints and claims
- Deciding on release, blocking, or reworking of parts
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, inspection processes, and internal guidelines
- Close collaboration with purchasing, production, and suppliers on quality-related matters
Your Profile
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training with a federal certificate (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in incoming goods inspection or quality assurance
- Experience with common measuring and testing equipment; knowledge of 3D metrology is an advantage
- Knowledge of complaint management and quality documentation is an advantage
- Technical understanding and experience reading technical drawings
- Structured, independent, and careful working style
- High quality awareness and strong problem-solving skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
