About the job
As a leading further education centre for medical-therapeutic professionals, we offer practical learning opportunities for your professional and personal development, in Bad Zurzach and Winterthur.
We are undergoing a strategic realignment: moving away from pure course purchasing towards developing our own educational formats and learning pathways. You will actively shape this change.
You bear the entrepreneurial responsibility for the course portfolio in the areas of nursing and women’s health and actively develop it further. As a learning architect, you develop your own course formats, define methodology and didactics, and build structured learning pathways. The subject content is provided by the lecturers, while you are responsible for the concept, structure and learning architecture.
Your tasks
- Manage portfolio: You manage the portfolio, define the offer mix and prioritise courses
- Develop course concepts: You develop course concepts, design learning objectives, structure, methodology and didactics for your own formats and determine how learning takes place
- Build learning pathways: You build learning pathways, develop a clear logic from basic, advanced and certification courses and enable repeat bookings
- Lecturer management: You recruit lecturers, brief and support them, and ensure quality through clear didactic guidelines
- Rolling course planning: You are responsible for course planning and make decisions on dates, capacities and implementation based on defined rules
- Financial management: You define price and contribution margin guidelines in close coordination with the finance department
- Marketing: You brief marketing, provide clear target group profiles, value propositions, USPs and relevant content inputs
- Performance management: You manage portfolio performance, analyse utilisation, implementation rates and participant feedback, and continuously develop the offerings
What you bring
- Education: You have a qualification in nursing and preferably additional training in adult education – e.g. SVEB certificate, CAS adult education, didactic training or practical experience in course design
- Experience: You have experience in developing educational formats. Subject knowledge in the health sector is an advantage but not essential
- Working style: You work analytically, structured and independently and think entrepreneurially
- Personality: You are strong in negotiation and communication, assertive and enjoy actively driving topics forward
- Digital know-how: You have confident knowledge of MS Office; experience with an LMS (e.g. Eurekos) is an advantage
What we offer
- Co-creation: Contribute actively in a modern working environment
- Inspiring and collegial working atmosphere: Work in a supportive, appreciative and humorous team
- Above-average social security benefits: Benefit from attractive social security benefits
- Training and further education: Generous cost contribution for training and further education
- Discounts: Use discounts with various partners, such as wholesalers, car dealerships, pharmacies as well as our membership with Benefit@work
- Free entry: Enjoy free entry and other benefits at the FORTYSEVEN wellness spa
