About the job
What you will achieve with us
- Professional and organisational management of the pain psychology department
- Conducting individual and group therapies
- Focus on cognitive behavioural therapy methods
- Teaching pain coping strategies
- Application of relaxation techniques (e.g. progressive muscle relaxation, biofeedback, MBSR)
- Conducting assessments including questionnaire diagnostics
- Writing progress and final reports
- Representing the pain clinic externally, e.g. through lectures/posters
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration (including physiotherapy and psychiatry)
What you bring with you
- University degree in psychology (university or university of applied sciences)
- Completed training in a recognised psychotherapy approach, preferably cognitive behavioural therapy
- Experience in pain psychology or strong affinity for the field
- Experience in group therapy
- Knowledge of biofeedback and somatic medicine
- Willingness to take on a leadership role (optional)
- Team-oriented, responsible and patient-centred working style
