Key Responsibilities

• Excellence in Support: Act as the first point of contact for members and local clubs regarding administrative and organizational inquiries.

• Coordination & Guidance: Assist members in using internal platforms and tools, helping to translate global initiatives into local action.

• Data Management: Maintain the global membership database with high precision to ensure a seamless flow of information.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support the smooth execution of international projects and programs.

• Service-Oriented Mindset: You enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people and communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Language Proficiency: As you will operate in a global environment, fluency in English is essential. Fluency in German (or other languages) is a significant advantage.
