To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person to start immediately or by arrangement as Office Management Employee (m/f/d). Your workplace in this position is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon.
What you will do
- Management of the customer zone and operation of the barista bar
- Reception and general support of visitors as well as handling the telephone switchboard
- Administration of guest badges, staff badges and parking permits
- Digital mail processing
- General administrative tasks (processing emails, orders, etc.)
- Contact person for site-specific concerns (maintenance, facility management, supplies, orders, invoices, etc.)
- Handling event reservations
