Sales Back Office Clerk, 80-100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• You will take over order processing and handle telephone as well as written enquiries
• You will also support the sales team and handle telephone requests
• You will look after customers with device orders and repairs
• The workload is possible between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a businesswoman or as a retail specialist / retail employee or equivalent (f/m/d)
• Experience in customer service / sales back office is important
• French language skills are a requirement for this position
• Do you describe yourself as service-oriented and customer-friendly as well as communicative and independent?
