Technician Building Planning / Construction Project Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You independently create detailed and execution plans as well as precise technical drawings
• In doing so, you accompany construction projects from planning to implementation and actively contribute your expertise
• You maintain regular communication with specialist planners, contractors and internal contacts
• Additionally, you carry out independent clarifications and maintain direct contact with project participants
• If interested, there is the possibility to take responsibility for apprentices and pass on your knowledge
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have further training as a technician in building planning HF or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, you bring several years of professional experience as an architectural draughtsperson and want to take the next step in your career development and assume more responsibility
• Experience in detailed and execution planning as well as a good understanding of construction-technical contexts are required
• Do you describe yourself as independent, reliable, communicative and solution-oriented?
