Your Tasks
- The goal is the development, implementation and monitoring of strategies that sustainably maintain quality in the AMEOS South region.
- Development, implementation and continuous monitoring of an effective cross-facility quality management system based on the applicable DIN ISO standards
- Professional scope for manoeuvre to control and monitor digital solutions in the field of quality management and quality assurance in the facilities of the AMEOS South region
- Strategic planning and implementation of internal and external measures for quality assurance as well as risk and complaint management
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially the structural requirements of the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA)
- Identification and analysis of risks: Systematic recording, evaluation and prioritisation of potential clinical and organisational risks.
- Continuous monitoring, analysis and interpretation of quality and risk data
- Conducting risk audits and inspections: Regular internal controls, process reviews and derivation of measures.
- Maintenance of clinical risk management: Development, implementation and continuous further development of the risk management system.
- Identification of improvement potentials and further development of QM processes in the sense of a lived quality culture
- Training, coaching and advising employees on QM methods, standards and guidelines
- Coordination of CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System): Management and evaluation of reports of critical incidents, derivation of preventive measures.
- Participation in MD and LOPS audits
- Leadership and guidance of interdisciplinary teams and working groups for continuous optimisation of processes and results
Your Profile
- Successfully completed medical-commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare, and good knowledge in the further development of a quality management system
- Sound knowledge of DIN ISO standards and G-BA structural requirements
- Experience in conducting audits and dealing with certification bodies desirable
- Very good organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and practical knowledge in process optimisation
- Strategic thinking as well as an independent and responsible way of working
