For our locations in Schönbühl and Pratteln, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility as a People Coach and sustainably strengthens our employees in their development.
We are in the midst of transforming our organisation with the aim of reducing hierarchies, simplifying structures, and optimising processes. Our customers are always at the centre of our actions. To ensure our employees receive ideal support during and especially after the change, we are looking for a committed personality with a hands-on mentality for the role of People Coach.
YOUR ROLE WITH US
- You lead and develop our employees in role-based teams and ensure effective and efficient collaboration as a People Coach. You act as a sparring partner, coach, and mediator and actively contribute to the further development of our agile organisational culture.
- With appropriate measures and formats, you ensure the anchoring of our values and culture within the teams.
- You form the link to the HR team and support our employees in all matters along the employee lifecycle (onboarding, deployment, development, and separation).
- In consultation with the team and Head of Operations, you ensure optimal skills development and personnel planning and initiate further development and recruitment measures at an early stage.
YOUR STRENGTHS
- Several years of leadership experience (e.g. as team lead, people manager, or coach with line responsibility).
- The ability to openly address difficult topics and conflicts, moderate them, and actively support the team in finding solutions.
- The competence to promote individuals and build trusting relationships.
- Great enthusiasm for personnel and leadership topics as well as a passion for leading and supporting our employees fairly and consistently.
- Ideally, further training in leadership, coaching, or mentoring that enables you to playfully use suitable tools and methods to anchor the collaboration culture.
- A high sense of responsibility and enjoyment of independent work.
- Your willingness to travel includes weekly visits to both locations.
