To strengthen and strategically develop our sales team, we are looking for an experienced and assertive personality as a Sales Manager, 80-100% (m/f).
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and developing our telesales team with 3-5 employees
- Strategic support and quality assurance of sales clients
- Strategic and operational expansion of our customer base
- Direct approach and acquisition of new clients – by phone, email, and in person
- Conducting client meetings and contract negotiations at decision-maker level
- Development of acquisition campaigns and personalized sales measures
- Close collaboration with the partner team in preparing offers and preliminary studies
- Representing the company at events and networking functions

Your Profile
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master), ideally in business administration, communication, or a related field, or comparable training
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, agency, or service environments
- Experience in leading and developing employees
- Preferable: Experience in the automotive, construction, gastronomy, or manufacturing industries
- Strong sales skills, high ambitions, and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Strong communication skills – in High German and Swiss dialect
- Structured, entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation
- Proficient in using digital tools and CRM systems
- Your goal: a long-term leadership role with development prospects
