The Legal & Compliance department sees itself as the legal conscience of the Raiffeisen Group and provides comprehensive advice on all legal and compliance issues.
For our L&C Service Center department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality with entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a strong affinity for regulatory topics for our Regulatory Management team at the St. Gallen location (with the possibility of home office).
- Support of the specialist departments in the creation, planning, and maintenance of internal regulations (e.g., statutes, regulations, instructions)
- Ensuring a uniform and timely regulatory management process
- Quality assurance regarding the consistency and comprehensibility of the regulations
- Coordination of regulatory committees
- Further development of methods, tools, and aids in regulatory management
- Completed banking training with several years of professional experience, business administration degree, or bachelor's degree in (business) law
- Experience in dealing with internal regulations and strong interest in regulatory issues
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style as well as teamwork and assertiveness
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French or Italian skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
