About the job
Look forward to exciting tasks:
- Monitor and optimise our energy plants to ensure stable and efficient operation.
- Analyse operational and process data to identify efficiency and cost-saving potentials.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, overhauls, and shutdowns to maximise plant availability.
- Participate in technical optimisation and investment projects (e.g. retrofits, new technologies) and lead subprojects.
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering as well as support external partners.

- Ability to analyse faults in a structured manner and develop sustainable solutions.
- Completed studies at least at university of applied sciences level in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or similar.
- Strong technical know-how in energy or plant technology and enthusiasm for continuously developing technical plants.
- Pronounced understanding of economic contexts and the optimisation of efficiency, costs, and operational safety.
- You appreciate the mix of being on the plant site and working in the office.
