Maintenance Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you to ensure a smooth production process around the clock in a 3-shift system ?

• Independent and rapid troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems during ongoing operations

• Carrying out preventive maintenance work as well as unscheduled repairs

• Performing mechanical adjustments and modifications on production machines

• Monitoring and maintaining all systems in the areas of refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning

• Strict adherence to hygiene, safety and GMP guidelines

• Professional support of the production team during shifts

What do I need to be successful?

Completed technical training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery or electromechanic ?

• Practical experience in a comparable role desirable, knowledge of industrial food production is a plus

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift model including night and weekend shifts

• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written

• Communicative and team-oriented working style

• Assertiveness combined with flexible adaptability

• Resilient personality who keeps a cool head even under time pressure
