Inside Sales Representative, ADC, Switzerland

For our Abbott Diabetes Care Team (ADC) in Baar, we are immediately looking for an independent, communicative, and motivated personality as
Inside Sales Representative
- Sales, promotion, and training of Abbott products as an Abbott Telesales Representative in compliance with legal frameworks and internal guidelines (Code of Conduct).
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets as well as defined market shares and promoting profitable growth.
Main tasks:
- Remote sales of the ADC portfolio as well as preparation and implementation of new technologies
- Implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve defined sales targets
- Acquisition of new customers for the ADC product range as well as regular customer contacts according to defined objectives
- Timely reporting in the CRM system
- Accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks (e.g., participation in team and conference calls, email communication, documentation in the CRM system, etc.)
- Expense accounting, active communication with management and team colleagues
- Conducting sales analyses, defining sales potentials, customer classification
- Planning, organizing, and conducting device training (for patients, nursing staff, and doctors)
- Implementation of country-specific sales projects within project deadlines
- Collection of competitive information from the market
- Provision of services and information for target customers according to marketing and sales strategies
Qualification:
- Completed school education or comparable professional experience
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Experience in telesales or as a sales representative
- Proven certified participation in sales training
- Experience with MS Office
- Several years of practical experience in sales and/or telesales
- Good understanding of customer requirements
- Strong communication skills
- High flexibility as well as pronounced listening skills
