Are you an experienced System Engineer and do you have a passion for Cloud Engineering in the Microsoft environment?

This is what gets you up in the morning:

• 2nd Level & 3rd Level support of customer environments.
• Shaping the digital future of our customers daily. #weshapethefuture
• You are co-responsible for the configuration and operation of cloud workplace environments with Windows 11, Autopilot, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Analysing, resolving and documenting user problems.
• Creating documentation, instructions and checklists and maintaining the knowledge base.
• Processing and monitoring changes, incidents and problems with external partners.
• Conducting internal and external training sessions.

We expect from you:

• You have vocational training as an IT specialist and preferably have higher education (HF/FH) or plan to pursue one.
• You have experience as a System Engineer and ideally have already acquired knowledge in Cloud Engineering in the Microsoft environment.
• You bring experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Intune and have already experienced various complex projects and environments.
• Experience in Intune and software packaging.
• Confident handling of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and PowerShell.
• Independent working style, customer-oriented thinking and high quality standards.
• Upbeat personality with joy in customer contact.
• Fluent German as well as good English skills, French and/or Italian are a great advantage.
