In our Rehabilitation Clinic Zollikerberg, we treat patients especially in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation through modern and patient-centred care. Thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration and the excellent professional expertise of the treatment teams, we tailor our efficient therapy programmes individually to the needs of the patients.

Your Tasks

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You conduct assessments and treat our inpatient as well as outpatient patients together with a team of doctors, nursing staff and other therapeutic disciplines
• Reports: You participate in our interdisciplinary reports and represent the therapy department
• Therapies: You conduct individual and group therapies on land and in water

• Patient-Oriented Care: You carry out assessments and documentation which are personally tailored to each patient
• Consultation: You advise relatives and take over the provision of aids
• Extended Responsibility implies Therapy Coordination: in close cooperation with the group management, specialists, nursing staff and the medical team. This includes:
  • Admission on the day of entry including setting rehabilitation goals in consultation with the patient
  • Presentation of new patients to the team
  • Monitoring and adjustment of rehabilitation goals during therapy
  • Ensuring an interdisciplinary coordinated treatment plan
  • Review of therapy progress and goal achievement
  • Interface to therapy planning (including scheduling times)
  • Support with discharge management and handover of relevant information
  • Documentation and follow-up of established therapy goals and measures
  • Conducting admission, discharge and generic education sessions

Your Profile

• Education and Experience: Completed training as a physiotherapist or equivalent qualification; with foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross. You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in rehabilitation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Professional, Organisational and Coordination Competence: You have sound physiotherapeutic expertise and experience in jointly setting, reviewing and adjusting rehabilitation goals. You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner, can keep several patient processes in view simultaneously and coordinate therapy procedures purposefully. You are confident in using digital documentation and planning systems.
• Communication and Decision-Making Competence: You communicate clearly, appreciatively and solution-oriented and move confidently in the interdisciplinary environment. You can bring together different professional perspectives, structure discussions and agreements, and make decisions independently, transparently and patient-centred within your area of responsibility.
• Personality and Willingness to Take Responsibility: You enjoy physiotherapeutic work and direct contact with patients. At the same time, you gladly take on additional responsibility, bring initiative and flexibility, and are interested in actively shaping and further developing therapy processes. You think networked, patient-centred and interdisciplinary and possess high social competence.
