Are you looking for an interesting position as a Welcome Manager (m/f/d) with basic consulting, where you can inspire our customers every day anew? We offer you a great environment at the Raiffeisenbank Region Left Lake Zurich in a modern, dynamic advisory bank.
What can you expect?
- You accompany and support our customers in the customer zone at our branch in Galgenen and from autumn 2026 at the newly opened branch in Siebnen and are the first contact person at our Welcome Desk.
- You advise our customers in the areas of basic products as well as on simple banking-related concerns and questions.
- You actively approach walk-in customers, recognize individual customer needs, and refer them to the responsible advisors.
- You assist with administrative tasks (processing inquiries from direct entry channels such as email, e-banking, and website, as well as processing account and relationship openings, etc.).
- You take on substitutions at other branches.
This position is also ideal for personalities who want to develop into a consulting role with their own portfolio. We are happy to support you on the way.
What do you bring?
- You have a banking education and have initial experience in direct customer contact.
- However, career changers with a commercial basic education and experience in direct customer contact are also welcome for this position. The prerequisite is the joy of learning the diverse topics of the "banking world" and continuing education accordingly.
- You inspire our customers with your genuine interest in the various concerns, your high service mentality, and your confident and professional appearance.
- You convince with your communicative manner. If you also speak English in addition to flawless German skills, your profile will be ideally rounded off.
- The working days Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are fixed. With an 80% workload, the fourth day would be Friday.
