For our residential group Rhyblick in Laufenburg, we are looking for a
Care 60-90 % (m/f/d) starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement
Your task
- Empathetic, holistic support for residents (with psychological and cognitive impairments) aimed at enabling them to achieve optimal quality of life
- Active implementation of our pedagogical basic attitude
- Organizational, administrative, and household tasks
- Individual support for individual residents as a contact person
- Accompanying residents in the daily structure in the house
- Creative design and further development of the daily structure
Your profile
- Training as a specialist in care or as a social educator
- Experience in working with people in need of support
- Psychological resilience
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks, PC skills
- Willingness to work irregular shifts, as well as weekend and night standby services, no split shifts
- Driver's license required
