Team Leader Nursing / Registered Nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You lead and motivate your team with the goal of professional nursing
• You monitor preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• It is important that you also enjoy development and growth work in your area
• You work closely with the department management and other team leaders and share responsibility for project implementation
• Contact with external bodies, planning and coordination complete your responsible area of work
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH
• Ideally, you also have leadership training at team leader level, but this is not a requirement
• Do you consider yourself well organised, communicative and proactive?
