Your mission? Coordinate and monitor the proper execution of the site until final delivery.

More concretely, you:

Are responsible for costs, deadlines (schedule management), and project quality

Negotiate and participate in tenders with the Project Manager

Coordinate the work and subcontractors

Report potential risks and contingencies

Lead site meetings

Prepare submissions

Monitor and update the schedule

Maintain relationships with clients, authorities, and partner companies

Ensure the quality of the work and intervene until all reservations are lifted

Manage administrative tasks related to projects: compiling necessary documents for contracts

Tools? Procore, Monday, BIM We are among the first in Switzerland to use the BIM (Building Information Modeling) method. This working method allows us to manage your project very efficiently, thanks to a 3D digital model combined with integrated and constantly updated use of all data.
