Our client is one of the most modern and innovative customer foundries in Europe. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a

Polymechanic – Coordinator

Activities

Planning and control of personnel deployment (shift schedules, vacation planning, substitutions)
Planning and organization of maintenance days as well as summer and winter revisions
Setup and maintenance of master data (systems, spare parts, workplaces)
Planning, control and monitoring of maintenance projects
Taking over and optimizing the ordering processes for spare parts and services

Requirements

Completed technical basic training
Further training as technician, master craftsman or similar
Experience in maintenance or production (at least 3 to 5 years)
Sound knowledge of SAP PM/CM or comparable maintenance systems
Experience in project work, ideally in a leading or coordinating role
Knowledge of lean methods, TPM, 5S and shopfloor management desirable
Strong organizational skills and structured way of working
Strong communication and moderation skills
Process-oriented thinking and the ability to recognize connections
Enjoy driving order, standards and efficiency in a workshop environment
