Mandate Manager: Fiduciary 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Role:
Our partner is an established, renowned Swiss fiduciary company. To strengthen the fiduciary specialist team, we are looking for a qualified, customer-oriented individual with a professional certificate (or in training) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile key role, you will independently manage and support a fixed client portfolio in the areas of financial accounting, taxes, and payroll administration, prepare annual financial statements for natural and legal persons, and competently advise clients on business management matters.

Responsibilities:
In your central mandate responsibility, you independently manage clients in the areas of accounting, taxes, and payroll administration.
You prepare high-quality annual financial statements and tax returns for natural and legal persons.
You advise your clients proactively on business management and tax issues.
You manage the leadership and supervision of financial accounting using modern fiduciary software.
You oversee the coordination and negotiation with authorities and external partners.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training complemented by further education in fiduciary services (e.g., fiduciary with a federal professional certificate or in training).
Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector with solid know-how in accounting, taxes, and payroll.
Confident use of common fiduciary and accounting software.
Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form.
