For our agencies in Rheineck/SG we are looking for you!
“Coffee, calendar, chaos? You keep track – welcome!” As an enthusiastic all-rounder, you are the point of contact and hub in the secretariat/administration. Advertising, communication, marketing is the industry that interests you a lot. This part-time position is ideal for you and offers you many opportunities.
WHAT AWAITS YOU
- Diverse secretarial and assistance tasks as the central point of contact for the agency
- Working in ERP in the area of job management and invoicing
- Working in CRM address and lead management
- PreSales tasks in collaboration with our consulting
- HR tasks in collaboration with management
- Accounts receivable accounting with Abacus
- Participation in the organization of internal events, agency aperitifs, and training
WHAT YOU BRING
- Diploma in basic KV training is a requirement
- Experience from previous administrative work in a service company
- Proficient as a user in Office365 (MS Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- Affinity and eagerness to learn in dealing with new tools
- Enjoyment in dealing with people in the DACHCOM agencies (team colleagues, clients, and suppliers)
- Flexibility with daily changing tasks
- Friendly, courteous, and a positive demeanor in client reception
- Precise and conscientious in completing your tasks
- Confident in German, English skills are an advantage
- Part-time at least 60%, each morning and partly in the afternoon
