Mandate Manager with Focus on Pension Funds and/or AHV Compensation Funds 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a mandate manager with a focus on pension funds and/or AHV compensation funds. You are responsible for managing and developing audit mandates in this specialised area. You acquire new clients and advise existing ones in a holistic, partnership-based, and solution-oriented manner. Together with your team, you audit annual and consolidated financial statements of pension funds and/or AHV compensation funds according to the relevant legal requirements. You take on a role model function and lead a motivated team of employees, for whose promotion and development you are responsible. You actively shape the further development of the area and drive the strategic direction forward with a clear view of the bigger picture.

What do I need to be successful?

You have the qualification as an audit expert as well as several years of experience in auditing pension funds and/or AHV compensation funds

• You are well connected and enjoy acquisition. You passionately win new clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships

• You understand the market, recognise opportunities, and act purposefully

• You convince as a assertive, communicative leader with an open, team-oriented manner and high flexibility

• You are a committed and innovative personality with a high awareness of quality

• You have German as your mother tongue, very good English skills, and ideally also French skills
