What is my role?

For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and committed individual for temporary support in operational purchasing.

Your tasks

• Support and relief of the purchasing team in daily operational business

• Care and maintenance of contact with suppliers

• Processing and follow-up of delivery delays and delivery reminders

• Maintenance and updating of material master data

• Support with orders and other administrative tasks in purchasing

• Taking on various tasks within the purchasing department

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) or technical training

• Initial professional experience in purchasing, administration or supplier management is an advantage

• Good MS Office skills

• Good English skills

• SAP experience is an advantage

• Independent, structured and reliable working style

• Communicative and team-oriented personality

• Flexibility and enjoyment of a varied, temporary assignment
