Facility Management Specialist
starting 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Maintenance of all technical, electrical and sanitary systems
- Maintenance of machinery and cleaning equipment
- Management and servicing of care aids
- Accompanying and supervising third-party company deployments
- Troubleshooting, especially of heating, ventilation and electrical installations
- General maintenance and repair work on the facility
- Receiving deliveries and inspecting incoming non-food materials including proper storage
- Carrying out resident requests
- Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology
- Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated
- Plant care in the house, terrace and roof terrace
What You Bring
- Completed basic training as a Facility Management Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma or higher
- Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- You are willing to perform on-call duties and occasional weekend/public holiday shifts (rarely)
- You like to take responsibility in your area, think process-oriented and enjoy working independently
- You bring discretion and a good sense for elderly people
- You see yourself as a team player and your work as a service
