What is my role?

• Performing tasks according to plans / instructions from the project manager

• Active participation in the continuous improvement of production processes

• Coordination of material cutting

• Providing components for element production as well as contract carpentry work

• Operating the cutting system

• Order and maintenance of the machine

• Monitoring quality, performance and deadlines

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ

• Enjoyment of working with wood

• Manual dexterity

• Experience in team leadership

• Team spirit

• Good communication skills
