Following the resignation of Bank Councilor Erich Amstutz as of June 30, 2018, the government council elected Iwan Scherer as his successor at the Nidwalden Cantonal Bank.
Since 2001, Iwan Scherer has been co-owner and member of the management of Architektur & Baumanagement AG, based in Dallenwil and Lucerne. The company employs 16 staff.
