Your area of responsibility:

• You are the contact person for legal questions in a demanding regulatory environment
• You take on responsibility as Corporate Secretary for the group companies and the SICAVs as well as special purpose vehicles administered by us
• You engage in professional exchange with audit firms and supervisory bodies
• You design and implement internal processes and guidelines
• You work closely with all departments and take on interface functions
• You participate in projects, in a leading or supporting role

What you should bring

• Completed studies in law
• Professional experience in the financial services sector
• Interest in conceptual work as well as in the practical implementation of regulatory requirements
• You have the ability to analyze complex requirements in a structured manner and transfer them into practical solutions
• You are a reliable and responsible team player with a careful, precise way of working
• Customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills in German and English
