About 1,250 students attend kindergarten, primary, secondary, or high school in our municipality. The cantonal internship year is also attached to the Neuhausen school. The learners are taught by about 200 teachers in modernly equipped school buildings and kindergartens.

While the kindergartens and primary school (school buildings Rosenberg, Kirchacker, and Gemeindewiesen I) are decentralized across the municipality, the secondary school is located in the Gemeindewiesen II school building, and the high school and internship year are housed in the Rosenberg school building.

The proven school model of the primary school strengthens the regular classes through team teaching and special education support. It enables addressing the needs of individual students.

Our job description

• You lead the class in coordination with the class teacher and the school special education teacher.
• You promote and support the students in their personal, academic, and social development.
• You ensure active communication within the school team as well as with the parents.
• You teach learning content in German, Mathematics, NMG (Nature, Man, Society), and Movement & Sports. In the 2025/2026 school year, classes take place on Tuesday (8:20 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.), Wednesday (7:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.), and Thursday (8:20 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. / 1:45 p.m. to 3:20 p.m.).
