Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice and soup dishes to various curries. Nooch in Wetzikon, inspired by the mood "Cinema Spice", tells the story of an old cinema in Singapore's Chinatown that becomes a creative meeting point for culture, diversity and bold ideas. It offers 165 cosy seats indoors as well as another 150 seats on the outdoor terrace, ideal for guests who want to enjoy a culinary break.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Sushi Chef (m/f) 100%

Your versatile tasks:

• You independently prepare the delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service – especially our exquisite sushi creations! 🍣

• You make the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and great attention to detail ❤️‍🔥

• Freshness and quality are paramount to you – you ensure everything is in top condition! 🥢

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 😅

• Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is perfect 🗃️✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in sushi preparation – a sushi training would be great! 🎓

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🧳️

• Your working style is clean, efficient and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🥢
