We are looking for a Private Banking Assistant to strengthen our team in Zurich.

We advise our clients strategically and holistically, always aligned with their individual and demanding needs. Our assistants play a central role and contribute significantly to excellent service quality and long-term customer loyalty through their high commitment.

The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and growing team at the Zurich location.

YOUR TASKS

• Supporting bankers in all client-related and administrative activities to provide a demanding UHNW and HNW clientele with service at the highest level
• First point of contact for clients for all inquiries.
• Handling all internal and external transfers, as well as coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and correct execution or processing of client orders.
• Proactive handling of all daily tasks, as well as regulatory activities (filing and documentation, KYC documents, monitoring FCRM alerts, updating client documentation, etc.) in close cooperation with the private bankers.
• Preparation of presentation materials for client meetings as well as for activities in the area of business development.
• Participation in client meetings and events as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed academic or commercial training in the financial sector
• At least five years of experience in banking, ideally in a comparable position.
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ideally experience with the internal tool G2.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage.
• Very good knowledge in the area of private banking (e.g., in the areas of Lombard loans, portfolio management, life insurance, etc.).
• Pleasant and open personality with strong teamwork skills and the ability to quickly integrate into an existing team.
• Strong commercial thinking, confident appearance, and very good presentation skills. High resilience, strong ability to prioritize and multitask. High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility.
• Residence in Switzerland.
