Specialist Product Management Household and Building Insurance (m/f/d)

What to expect

You will become part of our product management team for household and building insurance, working in interdisciplinary teams using agile working methods and actively contributing your professional expertise to the further development of our insurance products. Together, we create customer-oriented solutions and continuously develop our products and processes in line with the needs of our customers and market requirements.

Your impact with us

• You develop, manage and support our household and building insurance products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• You actively shape a central insurance portfolio with high strategic importance and contribute to the future-oriented development of our products.
• Together with the team, you actively shape the strategy as well as the product and customer experience vision for the household and building insurance products and implement these step by step.
• You accompany product ideas from initial conception to successful market launch and ensure high-quality implementation.
• You analyse customer needs, market and competitor developments as well as our portfolio and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
• You develop professional product concepts and business cases as a basis for innovative product developments and optimisations.
• You support the planning, implementation and testing of product launches and further developments. In doing so, you work interdisciplinarily with the departments of product development, sales, claims, underwriting, pricing, legal and IT and jointly ensure the successful implementation of new solutions. 

Your profile

• You have advanced training in the insurance sector, for example as an insurance specialist or insurance economist HF.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in the field of household and building insurance.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, think holistically and enjoy developing innovative solutions.
• Customer orientation and interest in technically demanding issues characterise you.
• You are an open, proactive personality and convince with your independent and structured way of working.
• You have very good German skills as well as good French and/or English skills.
