Executive Assistant (f/m/d)
We are looking for a versatile Executive Assistant who will be focused on supporting the Executive Vice President and Head of Europe as well her direct leadership team in their day-to-day office activities. You are a seasoned Executive Assistant eager to work in a dynamic environment? Then you are our candidate!
Your responsibilities

Administrative support: Perform various administrative activities, including taking ownership of the executive’s agenda/schedule and expense reports.

Confidential support: Act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action and makes judgments about urgency of issues. Provide confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members.

Documentation: Research, compile, verify, and analyze information. Prepare reports, presentations, organization charts and related correspondence.

Communication: Be responsible for different communication tasks within the Region, ensure knowledge and information is shared and keep others up to date.

Processes: Implement Hitachi Energy processes and initiate continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Events: Arrange business critical internal/external events, including meeting agendas, travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting speakers etc.
Your background
-
8+ years’ experience in Executive Assistant roles supporting Senior Leaders.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high level of complexity.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to proactively anticipate needs, work independently and take initiative.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, some knowledge of German is a plus.
