With our focuses on Society & Choice and Health & Interventions, we are successful nationally and internationally in research and teaching.
At the Faculty of Psychology, Department of Clinical Psychology and Epidemiology, a position as assistant is to be filled from 15 August 2026.
Your tasks
The tasks of the position holder include:- Assistance with the implementation and organisation of the «Statistics Camp Master»
- Creation of live votings on clickers
- Co-supervision of the learning platform ADAM including forums
- Exam organisation and execution (preparation, proofreading of the exam etc.)
- Exam supervision
- Evaluation of paper-pencil exams via EvaExam
- Organising and conducting exam reviews
- Transferring attendance lists into Excel
- Creating descriptive statistics
- Weekly homework in seminars: checking, correcting, feedback to students
- Maintenance of «UNIverse», the research portal of the University of Basel
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, student in Master’s degree in Psychology
- Good computer and internet skills
- Good knowledge of R
- Interest in a one-year employment contract
