Around 700 employees from engineering, product management, manufacturing, logistics, sales and services work closely together here: engineers continuously develop new solutions, while the production and logistics teams ensure that the sensors arrive at the customers on time and in Baumer quality.

What I do

• You assemble and test sensors and assemblies.
• You work carefully according to work instructions and quality requirements.
• You operate machines and production equipment.
• You support your team in ensuring a smooth production process.

What it takes

• You work precisely, are skilful with your hands and enjoy learning new things.
• You have German language skills at least at level B1.
• Ideally, you have experience in soldering or operating machines.
• Depending on the area of deployment, you are willing to work in shifts and on a temporary basis.
