What is my role?

In close collaboration with the qualified nursing staff, you are responsible for the competent and individual care of patients. As part of the float pool, you apply your knowledge where it is most needed and support the nursing team flexibly in medical, domestic, and logistical matters.

What do I need to be successful?

In addition to your training as a Health Specialist, you bring experience from a clinic or hospital. Ideally, you have already worked in a rehabilitation environment and enjoy working in this field. Personally, you are characterised by your careful and reliable way of working as well as your resilience and flexibility.
