The Health Professions Recognition Team, is looking for a customer-oriented personality as an Employee for Recognition of Professional Diplomas 80 – 100% starting January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- As the first point of contact, you answer inquiries from applicants, employers, and authorities regarding the recognition of foreign professional diplomas in healthcare
- Responding to telephone inquiries (hotline from 8:00 to 12:00) as well as emails and correspondence related to recognition applications
- Reviewing incoming recognition applications from foreign healthcare personnel via tool (nurses, physiotherapists, etc.)
- Checking the completeness of received recognition applications, entering data into the database, and archiving the applications
What you bring
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification from the service sector with two to three years of professional experience
- Your first language is German or French with very good knowledge of another language; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You enjoy telephone and written customer contact
- You convince with your communicative and service-oriented personality
