- Co-responsibility for the professional management of the department
- Work in direct clinical care and management of the nursing diagnostic process
- Continuous empowerment of employees through personal coaching, training, and case discussions
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of care and patient safety in the department
- Development, adjustment, and evaluation of specialist guidelines and instructions in collaboration with other specialists, nursing experts, and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist FH or
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete it
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the acute sector, surgery is an advantage
- Professional appearance and enthusiasm for the further development of specialist fields in an interprofessional team
