About the job

• you take care of and develop existing customers in the areas of radio, TV and digital (focus: Central, Pilatus, Sunshine, Eviva and Tele 1)
• you actively build new customer relationships, from initial contact to closing
• you manage the Central Switzerland market area, focusing on the regions of Glarus, Schwyz and Zug with the goal of expansion and development
• you recognize market potentials and systematically turn them into sales opportunities
• you conduct customer appointments, present our versatile product range and convince in sales talks
• you independently create concepts, offers and orders in the CRM/order tool and ensure structured maintenance of your sales activities
• you ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable customer relationships with your commitment

• you are a sales talent with B2B experience, negotiation skills and perseverance
• you feel at home in the world of radio, TV and online advertising or are enthusiastic about it
• you ideally live or are strongly rooted in the Schwyz or Glarus region
• you have an existing network in the regional market or want to actively build one
• you think entrepreneurially and take responsibility for your sales
• you work independently, structured and goal-oriented
• you are mobile (driver's license category B)
