Talent Acquisition Specialist (80–100 %)

In this newly created position, you will be the central contact person for everything related to recruiting; from needs analysis, conducting interviews to contract signing. You will build structures, create processes and bring fresh energy to an environment that is growing.

• Establishing and implementing the recruiting process, professionalising existing procedures and developing new standards
• Independent end-to-end responsibility for all recruitment processes across all locations and professional groups, from medical specialists to management support functions
• Supporting managers as a sparring partner throughout the entire recruitment process
• Driving active sourcing; direct approach and acquisition of candidates via the appropriate channels
• Ensuring a first-class candidate experience; you make every interaction with applicants a positive experience
• Administrative tasks along the entire recruitment process, from job posting, applicant management to correspondence with candidates
• Contributing to employer branding and personnel marketing topics

• You have solid professional experience in in-house recruiting and active sourcing
• If you already have experience in healthcare, this is a clear advantage
• You have successfully implemented projects, enjoy getting involved and work very independently
• You are a flexible, proactive and open personality who not only embraces change but actively shapes it
• Confident German language skills; strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels and with all stakeholders
• Experience with modern sourcing methods as well as a good sense of candidate expectations in today’s job market
