Our team at the Central Switzerland General Agency is looking for reinforcement in customer support at the Zug agency starting 01.01.2026. Central Switzerland represents an important hub of our company in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and, besides being the contact point for our customers regarding insurance coverage questions, is also a competent partner for various well-known brokers in our region.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Handling claims within the competence of the General Agency
• Creating and processing quotes for all insurance sectors as well as completing all related administrative tasks with direct customer contact
• Active collaboration with our field staff and brokers
• Direct customer contact via phone and reception

This is what distinguishes you:

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support as well as claims processing for a multi-line insurer
• Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
  Independent, reliable, and balanced personality
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• French skills and other languages are an advantage
