Your tasks

• With a lot of empathy and service orientation, you act as a contact person for our customers in the specialist store
• You proactively support your colleagues in the sale of hearing systems and accessories
• You take over the independent coordination of appointments and other administrative tasks
• After an onboarding and familiarization phase in the specialist store of about six months, you start the further training measure offered by us in cooperation with the Academy for Hearing Acoustics
• The successful completion (certification) enables you to competently advise your own customers, adjust hearing systems, and perform other manual tasks

Your profile

• You have an interest in professional development in hearing acoustics
• You have successfully completed training – for example in sales, the service, or health sector
• You value joy in dealing with people and empathetic interaction, and you are characterized by a high level of service orientation
• You have a technical affinity and are skilled with your hands
• Teamwork, reliability, and confident handling of MS Office applications are among your strengths
