Collaboration in the executive assistant team: In this demanding and central role, you support the management together with other assistants in administrative and operational matters. You are the first point of contact and hub between the management and the CEO (executive board) as well as external stakeholders.
Administrative tasks: General secretarial duties include triaging and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence in German and English, monitoring pending tasks, managing calendars, organizing internal and external meetings as well as business trips.
Project support: Other tasks include writing detailed minutes, editing texts, creating presentations, managing pending tasks, and assisting with projects as needed. You work closely with other executive and director assistants.
Experience: You have several years of professional experience in a similar position and possess a strong IT affinity (MS Office and MS 365). You thrive in a dynamic environment, are resilient, and know how to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Personality: You are a discreet, trustworthy, and proactive thinker who efficiently and strategically supports the short- and medium-term planning of the management members. You are a team player, organized, quick to grasp new concepts, resilient, and have a good sense of humor. Your working style is structured, independent, and solution-oriented, and you master time management.
