• Welcome our guests and offer them personalized service throughout their stay.
• Ensure arrivals and departures in accordance with Lausanne Palace standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and guarantee their complete satisfaction.
• Handle requests and special situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Work closely with other departments (Concierge, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a smooth stay for guests.
• Perform billing and follow-up of individual or group guest files.
• Participate in the follow-up of VIP stays and the implementation of special attentions.
• Contribute to the reception's objectives, including upselling.
• Through your attitude, presentation, and attention to detail, actively contribute to the hotel's brand image.

• You have training in hospitality (CFC, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS).
• You have gained experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5* establishment.
• You master computer tools (Opera Cloud, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have a strong sense of welcome, customer service, and excellent presentation.
• You are bilingual in French and English, and knowledge of German is an asset.
