Your Tasks
- Providing professional care and support to our patients
- Ensuring holistic and needs-oriented care
- Planning, organising and documenting nursing measures
- Supporting patients with mobility, hygiene and nutrition
- Medication management and dressing changes
- Communication and collaboration with relatives, doctors and other healthcare providers
- Active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) HF, preferably also newly graduated
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people of all ages
- Motivated, honest, team-oriented and friendly personality with a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for building new things
- Willingness to pass on your knowledge to our trainees
- Proficient PC skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
