YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- You are fully responsible for the execution of complex customer projects in the field of rail automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems)
- You ensure timely, budget-compliant, and contract-compliant project execution
- You lead customer support and communication with partners, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders
- You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all areas along the value chain
- You represent the customer project internally before management and sustainably motivate your project members
- You develop innovative solutions together with the team to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- You have a passion for realizing very innovative and fascinating rail automation projects
- You have a completed higher technical education (university, FH, HF), ideally with business management training
- You have several years of experience in managing customer projects, ideally in the field of signal technology, or other relevant project experience in the rail industry
- You are familiar with current developments in automation technology in the rail industry
- You communicate not only persuasively in German but also in English (C1 level in spoken and written)
- You enjoy business trips (< 10% travel activity)
