Your tasks
- You advise our diverse clientele at the counter as well as in the call center.
- You ensure the management of the residents' register and the regulation of registration matters by handling all issues related to registration, deregistration, and change of address as well as residence regulations for Swiss and foreign nationals.
- You issue various official documents and provide information within the framework of data protection regulations.
- You engage in projects where, for example, the digitization of resident services or the joint development of service across all population services is advanced.
Your profile
- You are a person with a positive attitude and have the ability to empathize with our clientele, understand their needs, and meet them.
- You maintain a positive approach and have a confident demeanor; you work conscientiously, take responsibility, enjoy shaping things, and are open to new ideas.
- You think entrepreneurially, act sustainably, and are motivated to work in a team.
- You have completed commercial training and have experience in the service sector, preferably in resident control.
- You have further education with the Federal Certificate of Competence in Public Administration, course in Administrative Economics, Administrative Management, or a comparable qualification.
- You have very good communication skills in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
